Lack of furniture to enjoy the terrace. We had a room on the 11th floor and we heard the elevator all night

I had a problem with my micro-once during the first day of my stay. Without hesitation, they changed my room and gave me my new keys to my room!

I had not been to this hotel in 2- years because of its underground parking scared me years ago with additional/temporary support beams that had been added back then. Guess what, the beams are still there. Although the hotel had been renovated at some point in the past, it was made with poor choices/quality of furniture (my opinion) and their current state shows wear. Walls are all bare, no lamp on the workign/business table, and renovations that were made at one point were long made, and it shows. I had been to such room once in the past way out of the beaten path in the middle of nowhere where I had no choice to stay. I felt the same/worst yesterday whebn I stayed at Hotel Classique. Not going back for another 20 years.

Disapointed by overall condition of hotel and room. Broken lamps, unfinished flooring in our room, walls are dirty. We stayed at the same hotel 2 years ago and it seems they have maintenance issues. Wont be booking this hotel again.

Kitchen option was great. However the cooking utensils are limited. Comfortable beds but pillows are horrible.

This was not a good stay. We checked in with a less than happy greeter. She did not smile. She did not give us any details on the hotel, wifi, parking. She was on the verge of rude.
The floor is slanted and when I say slanted - a water bottle rolled quickly down the floor without a push. The beds jn turn were on a slope. The tub did not have an anti slip mat and it was on a slope. The surround of the tub was mouldy.
The beds were hard as rocks.
The coffee machine doesn’t work.
The plugs in room were hit or miss on which ones worked and which didn’t.
We could not control the heat so it was 25 degrees and hot the whole night.
We would NOT recommend staying here.

Check in was a breeze. Room was excellent. The restaurant Cosmo was worth going too I ate both dinner and breakfast everyone shared and everyone gave a thumbs up.
