Hôtel le Concorde Québec

The location is excellent. If the floor is high and the room faces east, the hotel can basically overlook the entire Quebec City and the castle. During my stay, I was told that the brunch restaurant on the top floor was only open on weekends. What was more speechless was that when I checked in at 11:30 in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. The only contact method was the front desk phone number. I waited for about 10 minutes before the front desk staff arrived. Help with check-in. The room facilities are also relatively old.

Good morning, I have had a few stays at Concorde over the past 2 years and have always been pleasantly satisfied. This time, a few irritants caused my disappointment in my stay. It was mentioned to us that the floor we were on had just been renovated and that everything was not finished when we expressed our complaints upon entering the room: 1. The room was not furnished properly: *No chair, armchair or extra sofa. We had brought dinner to eat in the room, we had to ask for an extra chair which was delivered to us 30 minutes later, so the meal was eaten cold. We suggested getting a computer chair in another room but declined. We received an old straight chair, upholstered, and worn out. The room change option was not retained. *very limited lighting, lamps were missing and there were ''loose'' wires. At least one electric plate was also missing. *No bench to place our suitcases *Soft mattress (too much) 2. Dirty pool. 3. Dirty spa (black stain at water level in some places) cloudy and cold (the 2 whirlpools were colder than the pool and one had no jets because unable to turn the knob. 4.No bathrobe in the room (we always had one before) We have always enjoyed our stays at Concorde but this latest experience leaves us perplexed as to whether we will return or recommend it to others. The potential of this place is very great... Was the hotel overlet? This is the option that we chose without having confirmation. THANKS Mireille

The scenery of the hotel is very good! Panoramic glass! The staff at the front desk are very friendly. I accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and he didn’t even ask me to pay for it. He even thanked me for telling him. I really cried to death😭😭

The hotel is not far from the old city. If not, you can go to basically all the attractions. The view from the room is very good. You can see the castle hotel. The sunset is beautiful. We are very satisfied with the experience.

The hotel is well located in the city, the employees are very professional and courteous. The general atmosphere is pleasant and several services are close and accessible! Unfortunately we were offered parking a few minutes walk from the hotel and there was no mention of it on the website, having a problem in the fascia it was complicated and painful for me.. a warning to me would have allowed me to take everything into account and better manage my travels to avoid pain… the room was super beautiful with a very nice view! But there was a strange stain on the wall and the toilet handle often stayed down so we had to raise the top to stop the constant flow of water. The beds were very comfortable, we had enough blankets/towels. I would happily return to this establishment during my next vacation and prepare in advance to do some walking!
