Located in the old town and all accessible by foot. The place has a luggage elevator in case it is big and heavy. The staff is really helpful with the recommendation.

Great location, comfortable beds, and the common areas are cozy, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of seating and tables, and a wide array of cooking utensils. There are backpackers from all over the world, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Sitting there, whether eating or just browsing on my phone, was incredibly comfortable and relaxing – a feeling I haven't experienced in years. If you're traveling solo to Quebec, this is the best choice.

Really wonderful folks at reception and in the hostel. Clean, easy to navigate instructions from food storage to moving around the kitchen. Cozy bed. The location is fantastic. A bit of an uphill slope to get there if you’re dragging a bag but you’ll get there eventually.

The place is very clean with plenty of showers and toilets, so you never have to wait in line. Breakfast is also included! Quebec in autumn is truly beautiful, and this is a great budget-friendly option. The service was excellent, with staff speaking both English and French.

The locaction is perfect, right at the heart of old quebec. The hostel offers a complimentary walking tour of the city for guests, that was really interesting. Front desk were very nice and provided us with great recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast and cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. There were several nice shared spaces for the guests to enjoy, coffee maker and vending machine for drinks at extra cost.

Good location for visiting Old Quebec You don’t need to pay for an expensive hotel room in your whole trip.

I booked 4 bedded female dorm and it is clean, bed is comfortable. It comes with buffet breakfast spread and the common dining/kitchen area are spacious, clean and well equipped with cooking ware. It is also well located within the tourists destinations . Cozy coffee corner and reading area are available if one wants some quiet moments. Staffs are ever friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay

The location is quite far away from the transportation, but the common is big and great

The staffs there are soooo friendly, and they would organise daily tour to Quebec old town!! And the breakfast there is not bad, like u have fruit, egg, bread, milk, cereal, and juices!! It’s absolutely worth its price!! And they also provide towel for tourists to use, which is really good. Everything is really good except the temperature in the room are too low, and it’s so cold inside the room and u barely connected to WiFi when u re in the room 🥲 and it would be better if there is a curtain in different beds, it would give more privacy 🥲
