Good overall. Only real issue was when checking in the desk attendant asked us to sign what she said was "just the no-smoking policy", but which actually contained a bunch of info about rights we're waiving, the hotel's liabilities, and also a clause confirming that they can take money from our account if something goes wrong. Strikes me as misleading to hand that off as "just the no-smoking policy". The document was also dated to two-days before our check-in which was sketchy, since it could potentially allow them to charge us for things that happened before we got there. I changed the date on it, and everything ended up fine, but just pay attention to what you're signing.

Perfect stay to visit the old city. Everything was very walkable and the rooms were charming and up to date enough for us. The beds were comfortable and the parking was very convenient. The hot tub was nice after walking around in the cold. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again myself.

Everything was excellent. However, I recommend they clean the water in the pool and hot tub as they were not clean..
I would give five stars to everything however, pool water, and hot tub water need to be cleaner.

Excellent location and very cool atrium with pool and nightly live music. I was disappointed with the staff, our room was never cleaned even though we were there for 4 days and I asked a cleaner on day 3 to please clean our room. When my son went to the front desk to ask for more towels since no one had changed ours out they only gave him a few hand towels and said that was all they had until morning and of course never brought any to us in the morning.

The pros:
- location (walking distance to old Quebec)
- offers parking (fee)
- includes a fridge/microwave
The cons:
-No housekeeping! We stayed for 4 nights and on day 3 our garbage was finally changed and clean towels provided (without having to ask and wait an hour). Our bed was NOT made let alone sheets changed (Gross)! Had to ask for coffee refills daily which gets annoying.
-pool area was way too small for the size of the hotel. Pool could be a couple of degrees warmer.
-Overall adequate because of location

Very noisy hotel with the music around the pool in the middle of the hotel.
