Oh my you’ll love this B&B. The confederation room made my wife and I smile min we walked in. They didn’t miss any details for our stay. Then the food which owner prepared was better than restaurant, he even made evening desserts which were killer. Everyone at The inn was so nice and welcoming. It’s right next too downtown which was a plus. Would be only place I would stay in PEI!!! Great job y’all. Corby & Fernanda (Texas)

Great loft, well supplied with everything you could need, including a yoga mat and blocks! Nice little patio and a good parking spot. Perfect location central to everything downtown. It has a steep set of stairs up to third floor so make sure you are fit to do stairs with luggage when booking this.

This is the nicest B&B that I have stayed in and I have stayed in many across the US and Canada. The house is beautiful and immaculate. You were given a form to complete each day to choose between a few different breakfasts and everything was excellent. It is evident that the owners really care about pleasing their guests. I didnt get the name of the young woman who greeted us and advised that she also did housekeeping and served our french press coffee but I wish I had. She was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this B&B. Within walking distance to downtown shops and eateries.

Pros - overall Very nice Inn. Excellent outstanding breakfasts, each different and magnificent as you get to choose. The owner is a culinary king. Snacks in afternoon. Pastries. Coffee. Tea. Etc. people very hospitable. Clean. Cons. Small tiny room. 2 people could not enter at same time due to bed and furniture so close to door. Location not the best street in town. I disliked the too many decor pillows which harbor germs. I disliked the wall A/C that was directly over bed. Honestly, I disliked Charlottetown, would not go back, so therefore this Inn despite the fantastic food is not a destination again for me. Overpriced town, panhandlers on the corners on a Saturday. I did have excellent dinner at 3 diff restaurants, but, not a worthy trip

Deserves 5/5 on everything and you may still be surprised with the extras and beauty. Just a stroll off the downtown core. The six nozzle shower is a bit much. You'll need a tutorial and strength of hand.

Charlotte's Rose Inn is a delight to stay. We were in the Confederation Suite at the top of the stairs with a view of the front street. This is a boutique bed and breakfast. The room is traditionally decorated in the Victorian period. The bathroom was 21 century! Wonderful large shower with spa sprays, large sink with local potato soap. In our room waiting from Cow's creamery were chocolate dipped potato chips called cow chips. Yummy! The bed was comfortable and there was an air conditioner we used because it was warm during our stay. The downstairs parlor was welcoming. We sat comfortably while planning our days. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was custom ordered the night before. It was a full delicious meal with local jams and produce. In the afternoon and evening on the buffet sweet baked treats were out to enjoy. If you need maps or ideas there were brochures too. We walked to the main area of Charlottetown for dinner. They had bicycles to borrow. We used them to ride around town and to the park. There was nothing that was not thought of for your comfort and needs. Definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable, cozy setting and attention to detail. The staff here were friendly and helpful. The meals and beverage options were delicious; the chef exceeded our expectations with the variety of treats he provided, including delicious gluten-free options to suit dietary needs. It was easy to walk around the neighbourhood and to the nearby shopping streets and restaurants. I would happily stay at Charlotte's Rose Inn again if I returned to Charlottetown, and I'd recommend it to anyone in search of a lovely, quiet B&B stay.

First of all the breakfast was delicious! Plenty of food, fresh and creative. We were given a choice upon arrival of selections for breakfast and time to eat. Also served was fresh coffee, tea, meats, cheeses, bread and local preserves. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious with a vanity area to apply makeup and fix hair. The hostesses were very knowledgeable about the area and shared information for us ti explore. We will be back! Loved it!

Upon arrival, Randy welcomed us warmly — helped us with parking and luggage. He gave a great tour of the property and amenities and room — we felt immediately at home and as treasured guests. The beauty of the property, comfort of the room (bed, linens, temperature, shower, and other detailed conveniences) were first class. The hospitality of remarkable. Homemade pastry or other desert out in the evening with tea or coffee and the most amazing and sumptuous breakfasts you could imagine. Absolutely finest experience you might hope for — and walkable to everything!!
