3.2/5First of all, the staff are very enthusiastic! It is equivalent to a homestay with a bit of accent in China. The buffet breakfast is all Western style and there are not many things. The sanitation is relatively poor. I stayed for 5 nights. I changed rooms twice because there was no room of the same type. Except for changing cotton products, there was no cleaning. There is no need to book an excellent room type, because the difference from the lake view room is that the floor is a little higher. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from the town center, and the slope back to the hotel is not very friendly. The hotel does not provide water, toothbrushes, etc. There is a sofa for 2 people in the room. The room is not too big, but the bathroom is quite big. There is a risk of water overflowing from the shower room, so be careful when using it. Queenstown really doesn't have any good hotels, and it's not worth living in a B&B for 3K+.

5/5PerfectAs far as the lake view is concerned, it can be said to be one of the best hotels in Queenstown. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are very new, and the front desk is also very considerate, giving different small gifts every day. There is a bus stop on the ground floor downstairs. The buses to the four ski resorts around Queenstown will stop at this stop, which is very convenient.
