Not bad. Each room comes with complimentary milk and is very clean. Without a lake view, the room would be type B, and with a view, it's type A. Room B feels a bit like an annex to A, but for the price, it's still good value. The space is quite generous. The hotel's location is excellent, and you can store your luggage temporarily. Just be mindful of the check-out time. If you plan on cooking, it's probably best to book a lake view room – it's well worth seeing.

The location is great and it's peaceful. The staff were also very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. In the evenings, the room was warm, which was very satisfying.

After years of traveling and staying in countless hotels worldwide, this one truly pushed me to my breaking point. For a 5-star price, the room was worse than a motel. Most standard rooms are essentially semi-basements – dark, damp, and with zero privacy. The cleanliness was poor, the curtains couldn't even open properly, and the bedding made me allergic. The shower pressure was pathetically low, and the coffee machine was broken. Breakfast consisted of some cheap supermarket items from the fridge, and even an apple I got was rotten inside, yet they charged 20 NZD per person for it. Parking also came with an extra fee. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking.

An exceptionally great hotel! It's very new and clean, and to my surprise, they offer daily housekeeping, which is a rare find. It's also incredibly quiet, so I slept soundly after a day out. The view from the entrance is unbeatable too!

Fantastic location, right outside the hotel you're greeted with Queenstown's stunning lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The service was warm and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. Staying here when visiting Queenstown is definitely worth it!

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Queenstown center, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action. Parking costs 10 NZD per day, which is worth it for the security. The hardware is top-notch, definitely boutique hotel quality. Breakfast is included and conveniently placed in the fridge and minibar area for self-service. The 'only' lake view is across a road from the lake, but the window view is still stunning enough.
