One of the best motel and apt we stayed on our two weeks road trip . We enjoyed our family time , NZ wines and sumptuous home cook, with fire place in living rooms lighten our moments.

This property has stunning views, you really can’t beat it. So nice to have the two bedrooms with two bathrooms as well. We had a very relaxing time relaxing in the lounge enjoying the views and the fireplace.

After years of traveling and staying in countless hotels worldwide, this one truly pushed me to my breaking point. For a 5-star price, the room was worse than a motel. Most standard rooms are essentially semi-basements – dark, damp, and with zero privacy. The cleanliness was poor, the curtains couldn't even open properly, and the bedding made me allergic. The shower pressure was pathetically low, and the coffee machine was broken. Breakfast consisted of some cheap supermarket items from the fridge, and even an apple I got was rotten inside, yet they charged 20 NZD per person for it. Parking also came with an extra fee. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking.

An exceptionally great hotel! It's very new and clean, and to my surprise, they offer daily housekeeping, which is a rare find. It's also incredibly quiet, so I slept soundly after a day out. The view from the entrance is unbeatable too!

Fantastic location, right outside the hotel you're greeted with Queenstown's stunning lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The service was warm and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. Staying here when visiting Queenstown is definitely worth it!

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Queenstown center, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action. Parking costs 10 NZD per day, which is worth it for the security. The hardware is top-notch, definitely boutique hotel quality. Breakfast is included and conveniently placed in the fridge and minibar area for self-service. The bed in the room was quite narrow. The bathroom's exhaust fan and light were on the same switch, and the fan was incredibly loud. The bathroom itself was even bigger than the room, which was odd. When the bed was made, the electric blanket's switch was left right in the middle, under the bedspread, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The front desk staff were not welcoming and seemed quite arrogant towards Chinese guests, with no Chinese-speaking service available. We put up the 'please clean' sign at 10 AM, but by 3 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. The overall stay was a very poor experience. I probably won't be staying here again.

I checked in at 3:30 PM only to be given a dirty room, which was very disappointing. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and they asked me to wait. I then asked if an upgrade was possible because the room felt very cramped, and the window only offered a view of the resort grounds, not the sea. It was room 213B, and all 'B' rooms apparently don't have sea views. You definitely need to pick an 'A' room for a good view. A little later, the front desk told me there were no rooms available and still asked me to wait. After another short wait, they said I could switch to room 201B. Upon opening the door, it was much better – it had a side window and even a partial sea view!

My trip was very tight, and I booked this place just a few days in advance – it was almost fully booked! It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Queenstown town center. The room was quite spacious and very quiet. There's an airport bus stop nearby, and the lake is right across the street, offering beautiful views!

This was my favorite hotel throughout our entire trip to New Zealand. The views were absolutely stunning. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying our family of three's luggage a bit difficult. However, the room itself was impeccable.

The lake view villa has an unbeatable view, but! There's no elevator, and all rooms are on the 3rd floor or higher. Carrying luggage was a killer, and the hotel seemed understaffed with no one to help. Breakfast was just yogurt, fruit, and bread left in your room, so you have to prepare it yourself.
