Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park is a top notch hotel, just 5 minutes drive from the airport. If you want a quick rest from a long journey this one should quickly come to your rescue from travelling fatigue.
Everything about the hotel is good including friendly staff. The only drawback is its location which is a bit far from town or main activities. If you don’t have a car then surely you should be prepared to Ubar and Tax every time you want to go out.

Location is good if your need to transit to or from Queenstown Airport. The good is pretty new but I found the toilet was very smelly, may be it was empty for a long time....(no sure why). The staff at the reception is good and helpful.

toliet is clogged, and i tell the staff, they just me to use the toliet in the lobby.
air con is always not working, make the room so stuffy
the tissue paper in washroom is old, looks like have been used.

After checking the receipt of hotel, we found that Trip.com charged over 400 HKD service fee yet there’s a lot of miscommunication occurred. Firstly, there is no late checkout as it’s shown on confirmation letter, we got kicked out eventually. Secondly, the hotel’s neighborhood was under construction, so there’s no view at all and the rooms are facing a construction site. Thirdly, the hotel is not properly cleaned, eaten cookies, leftover water of previous client was found in the tea pot and the coffee machine. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
