Everything was good except parking. Not because of construction work good on but otherwise the parking spaces are too small for big cars. Even turning points in the car parking area are very narrow.

Extremely smelly in the room. Previous guest left full room smell curry. And the hotel staff and house keeping don’t fresh the air at all and don’t clean the carpet.

We were not told the majority of the building was going to be under construction during booking which was a bit disappointing upon arrival. . . Otherwise the location is beautiful and not too far from town center if you have a car. (Otherwise it’s a 35m walk!)… in terms of service, we unfortunately had some pretty inconsiderate/rude neighbors that were very loud and constantly slamming their room door for several hours into the late evening. The first night the service desk did nothing/ offer no assistance and since the entire block of rooms were booked we could t be moved rooms either. The second night they did speak to our neighbors to attempt to reduce the noise for us- but were unsuccessful. Not the best experience to say the least- but not awful. Would say 3/5.

Nothing to fault, the place was really clean with the backdrop of snow capped mountain range vista. Even though I did not use it, they had free shuttle service into town. The township is 2km away so it is walkable. The gym and the sauna did look small for the number of occupants at the resort, but I was the only one using it. Price was not too dear either, highly recommended.

Location is good. The design of our room is pretty annoying. We living close to the exit gate, everytime we can hear the door open and shut.

Let me talk about the advantages first. The lake view is beautiful. This is fair. Then let's talk about the disadvantages and our experience: First, the hotel is repairing block 3, which is really noisy. Don't think that it will be quiet if the construction is stopped. Each room is less than 10 meters away from the construction area, which will basically be affected. Those who like quietness, especially those who have trouble sleeping, should avoid it. Second, the hotel is far away from the town. The vehicle access and pedestrian access are the same, and there is construction next to it, which is very unsafe. I gave feedback to the hotel, and the front desk guy said: totally agree, but there is nothing we can do. Third, we booked it because of the Chinese courtesy, but we didn't feel the Chinese courtesy. On the contrary, some service staff lacked basic service awareness, and most of them would say: "I understand but there is nothing we can do." Fourth, it feels that Asians are treated unfairly. After observation, Asians are basically assigned to rooms closer to the garage and construction area, while whites are assigned to relatively quiet rooms. According to the official statement of the hotel: "They are assigned by computer", I remain skeptical. Fifth, we booked a two-bedroom loft room, the most expensive of the two-bedrooms, and Ctrip shows that it is 74 square meters. When we checked in, we did go to the 74-square-meter loft room 504B, but we didn't expect that there were two bedrooms, one facing the garage entrance, and one facing the construction area. And the whole garage kept making that kind of "squeaking" noise all night, which made people unable to sleep. I found the front desk to give feedback, and the guy said he didn't believe it, no one had given feedback, and then said to check in the room. The family was resting, so I took him to the bedroom window. When he heard it, it was really loud. He said that they had encountered this situation for the first time, and he had no way, and did not take the initiative to offer how to help solve it. Finally, the next day, we found a female manager to coordinate and help change the room to 503. This is a 95-square-meter room. According to the display on Ctrip, it should be a lake view room, and the price is cheaper than the loft room. The hotel said that all five floors are loft rooms, and the 2nd to 4th floors are lake view rooms, so I don't know if the hotel made a mistake or Ctrip made a mistake. If they are all loft rooms, then the 95-square-meter room is obviously better at the same price and relatively quiet. Finally, we asked for two extra sheets for the children. The staff questioned whether there were extra guests. I explained that they were for the children. He expressed doubt (the male employee who didn't believe in the noise) and didn't seem to believe what we said. When we checked out, we were charged for extra sheets. No one told us that there would be an extra charge for providing extra sheets. The money was not much, but the charge should be mentioned in advance. The checkout was handled by another high-end female manager. She also didn't believe that no one told us that there would be an extra charge. It felt like the hotel first questioned your statement! Overall, I don't recommend this hotel very much. I ran along the lake in the morning and saw many similar lake view homestays and hotels on the same lakeside, but there was no construction. It is recommended to choose other hotels; at the same time, Ctrip suggested canceling the Chinese courtesy. The Chinese did not accept the courtesy, but were first questioned. You have to prove to the staff that the room is very noisy.
