Hola quiero compartirles mi experiencia con este hotel en el cual trabajé por varios meses mes con mes rentando sus espacios para mis talleres y desde que cambio la nueva administración las cosas fueron empeorando ya que con la administración pasada trabajamos muy bien y jamás tuvimos algún problema hasta hoy ya que decidieron revender la fecha que yo ya tenía apartada y pagada a tiempo como cada mes, ya que según la empleada Londy Chandomi encargada de la renta de los salones por órdenes de su jefe habían decidido quitarme sin más ni más mi espacio porque era más importante un evento que se les había presentado y que lo único que me podían ofrecer era mandarme al restaurante con la observación de que ellos a esas horas dan el desayuno y se mezclarían los ruidos ambientales, imaginen esta situación y lo poco profesional que suena todo esto por parte del “gerente “ es una lástima que está cadena hotelera se vea afectada así por estas personas poco profesionales. Por otro lado solicité mi reembolso por el mal gusto y hoy es día después de semana y media que no recibo nada, eso quiere decir que todo fue planeado con doló y mala intension para que yo dejara de impartir mis curso ahí ya que según la encargada están pagando un precio que no corresponde por la administración pasada, así que debido a eso yo no era prioridad. Ojalá no les pase a ninguno de ustedes y más cuando ya cuentan con estas instalaciones es un pena de verdad.

Environment: Everything is very good, the only thing is that the surrounding area is not good, there is nothing, go to the nearest supermarket about 1.5 kilometers, there is basically no business downstairs. I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

Traveling again. Usually when I travel, I typically stick to US-based chains due to points, status and reputation. This business trip I decided to try Domun based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the location. The check in was quick, the front desk staff was OK. Parking is spacious. The restaurant and it's staff is amazing; very attentive and willing to make sure you are comfortable. Food quality and options are better than any US-based chains I've had in QRO. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I will stay here again.

I was here just this last weekend, all the staff have welcomed us like no one as never done before, I felt like at home every minute I spend there! The room, the area, the breakfast....everything was perfect! My room was awesome at the 3rd floor, with an incredibly large bathroom, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits and a great variety of choice, everything organic, and biologic. The last tip I can give is to book directly on their website, the fare is significantly lower than you can find on the net.

Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).

1st time at this HGI and only stayed one night last. Room on 3rd floor was clean and quiet (facing parking lot lobby side). Unfortunately, due to last minute reservation they did not have their shuttle service to the airport available (it was already booked for that morning before 6am). FYI - Shuttle service is not complimentary vs. another Hilton property, which is relatively close by. Due to my short stay I cannot comment on safety and the restaurant. Front Desk at checkin and check out was polite.
