Pésimo servicio, no hay toallas las tienes que pedir y te las dan de mala gana en recepción porque ahí mismo las doblan, cero estética llegas y todas las toallas ahí eh as bola y te dan solo dos todas deshilachadas y percudidas pides de manos y tapete y te dicen que no hay !! primer día no salió agua caliente y al momento de reclamar nos dijeron que porque los boilers ya les faltaba mantenimiento y pies que no estaba autorizado el arreglo o sea como?? Y te lo dicen como si nada, pero si cobran el uso de regaderas y gas !!! Las camas durísimas me tocó un colchón como con plástico que todo sonaba y las almohadas llenas de bolas y las colchas cero que las lavan dan mucho asco y la tela la más corriente que encontraron. de verdad fatal en" hotel " peor que un motel

Hicimos un reclamo por unas toallas sucias y porque nos revisaron el equipaje para ver que no nos lleváramos nada (¿?) Y el encargado ¡Salió y nos rayó intencionalmente el auto! Pésimo servicio, amabilidad nula, completa falta de respeto y bueno, ya con decir que te rayan el auto, basta.
