Located in the suburbs, but because it is close to customers, the transportation is quite convenient. There are many commercial complexes nearby, which is convenient for follow-up. The hotel's breakfast is average, but there are still a few good dishes for dinner. The room space is small and the bathroom facilities are not convenient enough. The front desk service is average.

Very comfy hotel and conveniently situated across the street from Antea Shopping Mall. Our room was comfortable. The Buffet breakfast was excellent. The service provided by the hotel staff was awesome. Getting into the mall is somewhat of a challenge since there is no pedestrian entrance and cars speeding by. My recommendation is to create a signed pedestrian crossing to the mall. I totally recommend AC Querétaro. We will return to this hotel next week.

I knew when I booked a weeks stay at the AC Hotel QRO Antea, that I'd be at a further distance than I should be. But, I booked and stayed anyway. The location is good, because of the outdoor Antea mall with anything you can possibly need in regards to high end shopping, dining and necessities. The hotel itself looks pleasing from the exterior. The rooms are OK and have the typical AC modern layout, but the balcony has no views. Oh well... The restaurant dinner options are subpar, but the breakfast options are great.

Very comfortable hotel and conveniently situated across the street from a high end shopping mall called Antea. Literally crossing the street. Rooms comfortable and have NETFLIX which is great. Double beds smaller than other hotels so difficult when sharing a bed with a 10 year old. Suggest selecting a king size bed and asking for a cote. Buffet breakfast good. Service excellent.

Pesima actitud de la gente en recepción por las noches, hablamos por teléfono para pedir un par de pantuflas y nos cortaron la llamada de la nada, bajamos a recepción para pedirlas y casi nos las avientan, de muy mala gana, trato y comportamiento reprobable

Incompetencia total del personal. No recogen la ropa para lavandería, aún cuando se deja marcada y en la puerta. El personal del front desk es lento y le falta mayor formación en servicio al cliente. Todo esto se vuelve conflictivo en especial cuando se trata se un viaje de negocios

Hotel con muy buen servicio en todas las areas; habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El servicio en el restaurante es muy bueno. La ubicación me encantó porque hay muchas cosas cerca del hotel. Lo mejor de todo es que son pet friendly. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería.

El hotel es bonito, está bien ubicado, la comida y el desayuno buffet son muy ricos. El tema es que la limpieza de las habitaciones y de las área públicas es muuuy mala, para ser un hotel Marriott y con una tarifa que no es económica. A nuestra llegada la regadera estaba llena de cabellos 🤢, una de las colchas manchadas de salsa picante, el deck de la alberca súper sucio, y la mesa donde se ponen los snacks y bebidas súper manchada de chocolate o cajeta. Cuando iban a hacernos la limpieza de la habitación, no la hacían bien ya que los pañales sucios de nuestra bebé no los tiraban. El mini refrigerador que solicitamos para guardar las papillas, también estaba sucio. Es la segunda vez que acudimos a este hotel; la primera quedamos encantados, pero en esta ocasión súper decepcionados, ya no regresamos.
