Check-in was from 3:00, but we arrived at 11:00, so we wanted to leave our luggage, so we asked the front desk, and they said that we could leave our luggage there, and we could come right away. It was very helpful, and we could relax in the room and then go out on foot to see the city. We appreciate their flexible response.
The location is in front of the bus stop and near the main sightseeing spots in Queretaro, so it is very convenient.
The only disappointments were that the shower temperature was not high enough, and when we went to the toilet, the light was on and the exhaust fan was quite loud, so we woke up our companion when we went to the toilet in the middle of the night. It may have been a problem only with the room we used. The room was more than enough.
The breakfast was a buffet with a variety of dishes. *We ordered food and they cooked it for us, but the omelette was delicious and I had two plates. The waitresses were quick and I felt good, so I left a 50 peso tip.

The location is very good, at the entrance of the old town. Stayed here for the third time. Highly recommended. I will stay here next time. I just don’t like the bedding in the room. It’s not breathable. It would be better if I change it.
