When the receptionist arrived with bad attitude and bad attention ...GROSERA We were 4 people, we asked him for more towels (only there were 2) and two bottles more water and did not deny them. The room was clean, except for the mirrors that were seen with the hands of children and a chicle on the corner of the head. The only person who was very kind, serviceful and very good at the service of the cook, who was very cruel and very bad at the service of the food. I later arrived a Miss with a dress and high shoes, which began to help for a few minutes and went away. And I went to inspect a gentleman with a bag, which worsens everything, only saw and did nothing; he just stopped to drink tea or coffee and with despot attitude, he saw without repairing NOT. You have parking, very well. The hotel is okay. Security to get up to the rooms

Quiet hotel, easy access with public transportation, safe, very nice modern and clean. A very large pool and it is heated pool, so you can swim a lot. A very good restaurant. I receive complementary welcome drink. Professionnal staff. A recommandation.

New Boutique hotel in downtown Querétaro. Excellent location. The hotel was opened a year and three months ago. It has 12 rooms. Very attentive receptionists. Very comfortable rooms. Very nice decorated. The shower is superb. The rooms have good size and all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Good for families or for couples. The hotel has no restaurant or indoor parking. You can park 6 blocks away in a close parking lot . It doesn’t have any extra cost. It’s an excellent choice to sleep in Querétaro Highly recommend

The hotel is beautiful and careful. It has a beautiful garden with two jacarandas, we were in excellent season. The very comfortable rooms, I recommend you don't stay**** very far from the entrance. The food service is a little slow but the rich food. The hotel could be a little cleaner of the leaves and flowers that fall. Even so we went with my pet and they charged extra for that. I thank you for receiving us, but it's better when that you pay means good attention also for your pet. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel, waiting at the check-in was about 15 minutes or perhaps a little more than the 2 people available, only one was the one that I attended and logically, it would take at least 5 people. We were given the room card and we took the lift, when we arrived and we installed and wanted to start the TV to get a little away from traffic and our activities, we noticed that it showed no signs. We tried to communicate at reception, but the phone we had was not connected to the line cable. We decided to call the reception from our mobile, we indicated what happened and they commented that they would review but we communicated later [on the 12th]. The next day everything was painting better, we woke up and went down to breakfast, Julia [of the buffet area] provided us the best service we could have received. He indicated the plates from which we could choose [included in the stay] or from which we could cover for an extra cost. Honestly, I am widely recommending what includes the stay, since there are at least 5 different options you can combine; at the same time, it offered fruit with the topings we wanted and reminded us of breakfast time. [7-11 am, because in check in they mentioned it was up to 12]. At all times your attention was by the other hand kind and was still pending to us we needed something else. For the rest of the incidents we had, we simply confined to sleep and rest, which was actually the purpose of our stay
