Hola quiero compartirles mi experiencia con este hotel en el cual trabajé por varios meses mes con mes rentando sus espacios para mis talleres y desde que cambio la nueva administración las cosas fueron empeorando ya que con la administración pasada trabajamos muy bien y jamás tuvimos algún problema hasta hoy ya que decidieron revender la fecha que yo ya tenía apartada y pagada a tiempo como cada mes, ya que según la empleada Londy Chandomi encargada de la renta de los salones por órdenes de su jefe habían decidido quitarme sin más ni más mi espacio porque era más importante un evento que se les había presentado y que lo único que me podían ofrecer era mandarme al restaurante con la observación de que ellos a esas horas dan el desayuno y se mezclarían los ruidos ambientales, imaginen esta situación y lo poco profesional que suena todo esto por parte del “gerente “ es una lástima que está cadena hotelera se vea afectada así por estas personas poco profesionales. Por otro lado solicité mi reembolso por el mal gusto y hoy es día después de semana y media que no recibo nada, eso quiere decir que todo fue planeado con doló y mala intension para que yo dejara de impartir mis curso ahí ya que según la encargada están pagando un precio que no corresponde por la administración pasada, así que debido a eso yo no era prioridad. Ojalá no les pase a ninguno de ustedes y más cuando ya cuentan con estas instalaciones es un pena de verdad.

Facilities: Queretaro old hotel, very cost-effective. Hygienic: The room is large and the facilities are very good. High-rise view is good Service: The service attitude is very good. Environment: Everything is very good, the only thing is that the surrounding area is not good, there is nothing, go to the nearest supermarket about 1.5 kilometers, there is basically no business downstairs. Very beautiful place to stay, in the heart of Queretaro city center. It was quiet when we went there and we had the outside patio for ourselves, which was great because we went with our toddler. Only downside was the total lack of flexibility from the lady at the reception desk. We had to cancel our second night due to a family emergency, she refused to refund (at least partially) our night. I asked for the possibility of a discount for our next stay, she argued that their prices would change soon so it could not be done. Other than this unfriendly experience, this is a good place to stay.

I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

Traveling again. Usually when I travel, I typically stick to US-based chains due to points, status and reputation. This business trip I decided to try Domun based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the location. The check in was quick, the front desk staff was OK. Parking is spacious. The restaurant and it's staff is amazing; very attentive and willing to make sure you are comfortable. Food quality and options are better than any US-based chains I've had in QRO. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I will stay here again.
