Pet friendly Hotels Queretaro

This hotel is amazing. It's clean, relatively affordable, great location, and what separates it from the others is the incredible service. I stayed there for a full month and got to know some of the staff at the front desk. They were always SO happy to help, so warm, and so accommodating. They made me feel like I was living there and a part of a little community with how great their service was. Little things like ensuring I had coffee, scheduling my room cleaning, and just saying hello. A special shout out to Monse, Pamela, Paula, Fany, and Liz the cleaning lady.. Thank you for making my stay great! Speaking of cleaning, my room was always kept spotless by hotel staff. Clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathrooms. I didn't find anything to complain about, and I am picky!!!! Otherwise they have a good TV service, lots of channels, AIR CONDITIONING!, nice lounge area, gym, free laundry, free potable water, and even in room massage. In the courtyard there's a Starbucks, OXXO, and Domino's pizza right out the front door so you never need to leave if you don't want to. Very safe neighbourhood and lots to see and do in the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding it. I'm sad I had to checkout, but I'm grateful for the stay and how comfortable, safe, and valued I felt. Thank you Stadía Suites... I hope to come back someday!!!

1. The style of express hotel is better than rujia and hanting. 2. The room is small, so put a suitcase, the room is a bit full. 3. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, shopping is not very convenient, but the scenery outside the window is very good.

El hotel Four Points cuenta con servicios y comodidades que garantizan una estancia agradable y relajante. The approach to the hotel is nice. The bell boy was available to pick up my luggage. As I checked in with the 2 young women at the front desk, I asked if I could make a shuttle reservation for my early flight the next morning out of QRO airport. The receptionists, both of them , told me that the hotel did not have a shuttle, but that they could make a taxi reservation. I specifically stayed at the Domun Hotel because it shows on its web site that it has a shuttle. The receptionist told me that she could book me a taxi for 1500 pesos. Yes, I correctly typed the amount she quoted me. When I told her that I would then make my own transportation booking via Uber, she then quoted me 1000 pesos. By then, the bell boy came and realized what was going on, and told me in English that the hotel has a shuttle available for its guests. I made a reservation with him for a 4am pick up. I then paid the receptionist, after requesting to show me exactly the amount she was charging my credit card, 500 pesos. She was actually expecting me to sign the charge without showing me the amount. Something is seriously wrong here. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was right on time. With no traffic, it was a 20+ drive to the airport. I probably would not stay there again. The checking in was unpleasant and felt dishonest.

I was here just this last weekend, all the staff have welcomed us like no one as never done before, I felt like at home every minute I spend there! The room, the area, the breakfast....everything was perfect! My room was awesome at the 3rd floor, with an incredibly large bathroom, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits and a great variety of choice, everything organic, and biologic. The last tip I can give is to book directly on their website, the fare is significantly lower than you can find on the net.

Quiet hotel, easy access with public transportation, safe, very nice modern and clean. A very large pool and it is heated pool, so you can swim a lot. A very good restaurant. I receive complementary welcome drink. Professionnal staff. A recommandation.

Was very pleased with every aspect of our 2 night stay in Queretaro. The hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The breakfast was great . The courtyard is pretty. The historic city center was beautiful . The aqueduct was mind blowing.

Este Hotel está a un costado del parque central, sobre la avenida principal, a 2 cuadras del centro historico y se puede caminar fácilmente al acueducto y algunos museos, tiene un restaurante en la terraza qué en la noche es más bien bar, con una excelente vista de la ciudad. El desayuno incluido es buena opción si andaa de prisa, el personal muy amable y atento.

Plus: · Great location. Amazing value for price. Humungous room with all amenities. Morning staff - helpful and smiling, willing to help. Minus: · The lady that checked us in, she seemed bored with her life and work: - she could not provide us with simple advice: where could we have a local taco - she ”forgot” to give us the key - she didn't mentioned where the room was, we had no idea where to go, and we needed to keep asking in order for her to explain us where the room was - again, maybe it was just her bad day. in the end, after this experience we decided to rely more on uncle Google's help then hers
