The Good 1. Staff - Thanks Ms. Erika for the pleasant check in experience and for the quick assistance on our bathroom issue, and Ms. Meek for the swift check out. 2. Room is HUGE - Got plenty of space to sleep, eat, work, exercise, relax, etc. 3. Great sleep - We loved the massive and comfortable mattress. 4. It's situated on top of one of the best malls in Quezon City. Accessibility and convenience is definitely not an issue. The Bad 1. Room smells bad, foul odor is coming from bathroom - Definitely not a great welcoming touch. Managed to report this right away. Air freshener was able to somehow mask the smell but sadly, it's not the best solution to a favorable outcome. 2. Corridors are in dire need of deep cleaning. There were paper bits and other kinds of dirt on the carpets. Neither Good Nor Bad 1. PARKING. - complimentary parking is offered to hotel guests. - hotel guests share parking area with mall goers, so there will not be a shortage of parking spaces. - there is no direct access / lift from parking to hotel lobby and vice versa, so this might be a slight inconvenience. 2. No food and beverage outlets in the hotel - but do you really need one? I mean, hotel is located on top of a mall. There are plenty of food establishments in Robinsons Magnolia. The Verdict The hotel needs to improve on its cleanliness issues to attract more quarantine and leisure guests. It would be a waste if they are not able to capitalize on their strengths (staff, room size, location, rates, etc), just because CLEANLINESS is pulling them back.

As recommended by my friend, we stayed here for almost a week as we’re going to some locations near Cubao during my vacation. We were assigned almost to the highest floor where we had an amazing view of the bustling city of the metro. I have no issue with the apartment, the room, toilet, and the facilities are great. If you’re staying, always take note of the timings with garbage disposals. There’s a 7-Eleven at the building’s entrance. It's really convenient to buy things and bring them to your room. The pool access has a limited number of people only. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of our room but it was spacious.

The staff here are nice. From the guards to the receptionists especially Jeff in their dining area. Staff are polite and have smiles on their faces. I like how clean our room is. My daughter also likes them because they always call her by her name. Great food, great room, great people. Keep it up.

Good location! Very near to Araneta City just by walking 5 minutes bcs near the bridge connecting to Araneta. Had a late check in around 12 am and the receptionist did a good job and friendly in handling the check in process. For room (mine is 701), the air conditioner is leaking 😩 And the ceiling rail has old dirty that need to be replaced. Please take note on this. No weird smile or anything. Overall the room kinda look old especially the bathroom, the towel smelled wet, we can hear the other people beside our room arguing on the moro😓 But yeah, the price is cheap and 3 stars hotel so expected. But hopefully can take note on the cleanliness! Thank you. Would probably book this hotel again next time if I attend any concert in Araneta city

Location is nice. There is a 24hrs mini stop opposite the hotel, food can be ordered from room service which is OK standard only. There few pubs opposite the hotel. Gateway mall is just 2 traffic lights away. There numbers of small eatery closed by for local food.
