I’ve had several interactions with the reception staff at Hotel Sogo Banawe, and unfortunately, each time has been disappointing. They often sound sleepy and uninterested when answering calls, and their tone comes across as unfriendly. It doesn't give a good first impression, especially when customer service should be a priority.

Amazing stay that we have, its our first time to checked in a Sogo hotel and its worth with the price plus the cleanliness, services and warmth welcome🥰🥰🙏🙏 highly appreciated all the considerations as we got early checked in beyond the usual but no charges applied. We have a joyful weekend on this place!! Love it!!! SUPERB!! They even gave the upgraded room !🥰🥰💯love,love

Everything is almost good. The services are good except there’s a hiccup about the food order that was paid but they didn’t record it so we have to wait to verify if it’s actually paid and we already got a taxi waiting outside.
