We love the hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. My kids love staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like yo special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and us if we need anything else and help he can gives us.
My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

the sky bar lounge is under renovation and they failed to inform us regarding that. it should be indicated on their website.. (false advertising )
coffee shops both at the lounge and dragon bar does not have decaf . For a five star hotel and an expensive room price its safe to say that they need lots of improvements on this this part. they should be able to give the guests what they nee and want. having a decaf coffee is basic..
all the staff in the hotel are pleasing and accommodating..good job to the staff. the pool btw is great.

The only problem is the traffic goin to the place. Overall had a nice stay and the staff are very accommodating with my requests. The toiletries are all luxurious. The Bed and pillows are great . The food at fresh could have more option for breakfast like the other Solaire, the staff is always telling me I don’t have breakfast package included which is a bit disappointing since I have to explain that I have for 2 days . Overall still a good experience.

Solaire North is absolutely beautiful! Apart from its world-class facilities, the kindness and exceptional service of the staff truly stand out, especially at the Fresh buffet and the food court. The food is affordable, and the hospitality can be felt in every corner of the hotel. One of the people who impressed us the most was Daryl from Housekeeping. He speaks calmly and communicates effectively. When he saw my child enjoying a bath in the bathtub, he immediately offered bubble bath and bath salts to make the experience more enjoyable. On top of that, he even brought my child a coloring book, which made my child so happy. I truly admire Daryl’s service and his thoughtfulness in making my child’s day special. Truly five-star! Our experience at Solaire North was amazing, and I can’t wait to return with my whole family. Thank you for the excellent service!

The beauty of the hotel is truly captivating, from its elegant design to the relaxing atmosphere that immediately makes guests feel welcome. I also want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service provided by DARYL from the housekeeping department. He truly stood out with his warm and attentive approach. Our impromptu weekend staycation with friends and family turned out to be surprisingly great. The property will awe you with its extravagance. Employees were all welcoming and friendly. The room where we stayed was impeccably clean and comfortable. Dining experience was made special by the courteous staff and sumptuous food. Our kids enjoyed the stay very much. And we couldn’t agree more. Kudos to all the staffs that we met during the stay and who went extra mile to make it memorable. Li ann, Mark Anthony, Elwyn, Leah, Nathaly, Reyjude, Sir Rey and Ms. Iya (Housekeeping). Ms. Lane (Yakumi). Ms. Stephanie (Fresh). Christine ( Front Office). Patricia and Sir Jay (Pool Area). Generally the room is very relaxing, the bed and pillows are very comforting. The pool area and the poll is just right for the guest. The Food outlets serve variety of choices and well prepared. The business area s are perfectly situated and designed for effective conference functions.
