Good value for money. 👍 The hotel is a bit dated, so manage your expectations. Despite this however, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have free water refills via dispenser at the hallways. They also have a restaurant at the rooftop, who offers room service.

The hotel was affordable good for business travelers. The only problem is the location is very far from establishments you need to walk a little bit for buying food and other stuff you need.

We booked a deluxe double room, the room is clean and cozy. Wifi is reliable. Staffs are accommodating and friendly. I love the laing that we ordered. The free breakfast is good too! Free parking is a plus too! We definitely come back.

Very greaaatttt! Aircon is working perfectly fine! May heater sa shower room. Also may TV rin. The only thing we wish that we had is the malllll. Akala ko maraming fast food sa gilid gilid pero need pa mag walk few meters to buy foods. Pero all in all, super great! Babalik ako here with my lovey.

Very small and budget friendly room. Been here 2 nights already so can’t say more about it now.

Hotel was strategically good in location since it is just near Christ the King SVD in Quezon City. So timely since I needed a place to stay for our 2 days seminar in the parish.

Pretty decent and really clean place. Can't complain. The staff is super polite and always smiling, always ready to help. The room is air-conditioned and clean. Good sound isolation. Pretty close to Cubao and Crame which is was necessary for our travel. Thank you so much to the staff for their hard work in making sure everything is amazing

Value for money (room and breakfast). The building is quite old, but I noticed that there are ongoing works. The room is clean, aircon’s working perfectly fine. Location is very accessible to the hospital. We stayed here while my Mum is in the Critical Care Unit. Staff are superb. Very accommodating and kind. The rooftop restaurant is relaxing and well-ventilated. But needs updating. Parking is free. Thank you.

On the pricier side for the accommodations provided. The room was very small and dirty, and the AC ran on a timer, making it inconvenient. Although most people speak English in Manila, none did at the front desk. The rooftop almost made up for the mediocre room, as we had a great dinner and show there. The staff were generally very nice and did their best to accommodate us with what they could provide and/or understand. I recommend searching other hotels in the area and just going there for dinner (rooftop)

I appreciate the cleanliness. But the shower is not working.

Observations: Some of these points are not necessarily a negative but merely information I share so would-be guests may come prepared. 1. Internet was non-existent. Impossible to log on despite requesting to restart their router. Clearly a negative 2. Avoid a room close to the lift as the constant day- and night-long humming of the lift can be bothersome to a good rest 3. You have a mere sheet for a blanket. 4. Parking is available but the space is very limited. Entry and exit uses the same pathway without any space inside to maneuver your vehicle, so be prepared to reverse your vehicle along the narrow pathway whenever exiting. It's safe to leave the car keys with the attendant. 5. Be aware that the room has no refrigerator, no bottled drinking water allocation nor a hot water kettle. 6. There are no toiletries apart from a roll of tissue Enjoyable observations: 1. Cleanliness of the room and the public areas 2. Friendliness of the staff, particularly the parking attendant, room service staff and Christina at the front desk. The one who replaced Christina probably needs some re-orientation as she was not quite accommodating nor friendly. She was the lone odd one while all the rest had the usual warmth and hospitality you'd expect from a Filipino. 3. Food was very good as well as being quite reasonably priced.
