I had an excellent stay at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood! The staff were very accommodating, and I want to especially commend Cate from the reception for her outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and made the check-in process so smooth. Cate went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. I also want to commend the bellboy's for going extra mile in helping us with our luggages. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience, thanks to Cate and the rest of the team!

I always choose this hotel for my business trips. It's very safe, the service is excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are a bit older, but still acceptable. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.
