Very good experience, Front desk is superb. Restaurant has a great variety of food. Will try swimming pool next time.

If there were ratings below zero, even that wouldn’t capture how disgusted and furious we felt at this hotel. We booked this for my aunt just to sleep since it’s already late for her. The room was revolting. It reeked, the sheets had disgusting wet stains, and the toilet was literally filthy with human waste. When we tried to complain, the front desk was deserted. No staff, no calls answered. We were left stranded and helpless. Sleeping there was impossible, it was a nightmare, and we had no choice but to escape and book another hotel. To anyone considering Northpointe, don’t throw away your money. They hand out filthy rooms, ignore complaints, and refuse refunds. I lost my money, and you will too.

Unfortunately, this is the only hotel I've booked with Trip.com that I will never go back to again. The room we stayed at was dirty. The sheets have stains in them, there are candy wrappers at the back of the bed, moldy comfort room and the heater wasn't working. Anything extra required payment. We were only given two thin pillows and blankets hence we asked for additional and they were expensive. The elevator also smelled like someone left excrement. My wife approached the reception but only made an excuse that there was an event and never bothered saying sorry or cleaning them. For a 3 star hotel, this was definitely a disappointment. Don't be misled by the pictures. Stay away and book other hotels.

this is my 2nd time and I’m very satisfied with the service, they have professional and helpful staffs, large rooms and location is great, just behind SM North the block and Trinoma, I will for sure book again next time

it was good but Tv was not working and they dont provide towels also the window view also not working that window was permanent close
