I went to the area to watch my favorite band nearby. It is a perfect location near Noctos Music Bar. Staff are accommodating, clean room, linens feel and smell fresh.

It's just fine. the basics are there. They are doing renovations. I just stayed there for 1 night. Overall, my stay there is fine.

The service, room size and breakfast are great but I would not recommend this hotel. The room is so noisy that I could not get good rest throughout my stay. It is located near a small junction. The noise from the traffic is throughout the night. Motorcycle and cars were horning each other when they come to the junction.

the food is good and hotel staff is very accomodating plus the connecting room is the best

Staff is very accommodating and kind, wifi connection is very strong, smart tv can connect to netflix, viu & youtube, aircon is full blast, yummy breakfast, and great location - lots of food choices and restaurants around the vicinity.

The staff are friendly and the room is clean. It was worth the price.

We stayed here last June 20, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were welcomed by a fresh and calming scent that created a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, and very nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were all very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The stay was good, and it's budget-friendly compared to other hotels nearby. I would also like to thank Jona and Kevin from the reception for being so accommodating. I'd also like to thank the trainee wearing a white uniform—I didn't catch his name, but he was very helpful as well. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I booked Hive Hotel through Agoda after reading several positive reviews, mainly because of its convenient location near Tomas Morato where I was meeting friends. Before my arrival, I requested a quiet room, and the hotel kindly accommodated my request by assigning me Room 309, which was peaceful and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. I would also like to commend the front desk staff, Ms. Alelie and Ms. Pat, for being welcoming and professional, as well as the housekeeping staff, Mr. Jeric and Mr. Erick, for keeping the room clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Hive Hotel to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent customer service.

Stayed with my friends for a day, and the hotel itself is very nice and clean and affordable too! The hotel also has a restobar, but since it is conveniently located near to various food establishments, we had plenty of dining options to choose from. What stands out the most sa experience ko is the front desk clerks!! they're very nice and thank you for the welcome drinks! and for the assistance they provided throughout my stay, everything was handled perfectly, nagenjoy talaga kami. For my experience, the amenities are complete, their housekeeping for make up room are fast too.
