Larger room

Upon on arrival they told us they will change it ur floor from 33rd to 5th floor because the hotel is under renovation since 2 yrs now . In our way to the room the left and the corridor was without AC or any system of ventilation. Our first room was having short electricity issue and the AC is not working properly . So they transfer us to another room It’s 6am and we couldn’t sleep all night my baby keep on awakening and crying due to noise like we are sleeping in the street the windows is not sound isolate, It was our first hotel in Manila and we are coming from long trip unfortunately it was full Disappointment except for the staff they are doing there best to accommodate the clients
