Fersal Hotel Kalayaan

Initially, i thought it was a good hotel considering the price. But our room threw me off. Traces of rats were all over the place. I dont think it was properly maintained. Hangers had molds in them, and the room was too humid it stuffed my nose. A little messy for me. Pic below is a mess stuck on the door. I didnt request for another room coz i didnt want additional hassle during that time. I just wish they do better next time.

Exceptional Hospitality and a Secure Stay! My family recently stayed at Fersal Hotel Kalayaan (Dec 12–14, 2025), and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. Even though we hadn't pre-ordered breakfast, the staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodated us without hesitation. The meal was delicious, but it was the warm, 'can-do' attitude of the dining team that really made our mornings special. Furthermore, as travelers with a vehicle, we were very impressed by the parking facilities. Being able to park inside the premises gave us a great sense of security and convenience. Thank you to the entire team at Fersal Hotel Kalayaan for looking after my family so well. Your hard work and friendly service do not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back!

Accommodating staff. Very near sa place na pupuntahan namin, QMC, UP Diliman. Clean place and complete toiletries with also fast wifi. Thank yo

Room is decent, just smells of old wood but generally okay. Blankets were thin, as shown in photo attached. Breakfast is okay (choice of "silog" meals).

Service: Impressive. We checked in late and were greeted warmly by the officer at the door, who even offered to carry our luggage even though it was clear we could manage. Hair dryer and clothes iron are available upon request. Hot water worked well. The only downside was the showerhead; the water pressure was strong and the spray was too concentrated, which made it a bit uncomfortable. A gentler, rain-style showerhead would improve the experience. Food: The food was okay, but the kuya in charge of the dining hall was courteous and very friendly, which made the dining experience pleasant. Area: The hotel is right along the main road, so noise can be noticeable, especially if your room faces the street. If you’re sensitive to noise, it’s best to request a room located away from the roadside.

Receptionist service: Lack of Clear Communication and Information Provided to Guests.
