Hotel Sogo Edsa Cubao

Despite of being one of the oldest still, this branch is one of the cleanest branches in the Metro. The service is still warm and courteous with respect to the privacy of the guests. Food tastes good and the price is reasonable. I wish the Chopsuey would be less oily. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional and clean only the problem is, the noisy air-conditioning unit that needs replacement. Over all great experience and I will surely book here again if we have an event in Cubao next month.

The service was great and the room was clean. The food was good, but I had a terrible experience as it was so noisy I didn't sleep well and felt like a zombie in the morning. This would also help ensure the other rooms have privacy, as sounds wouldn't carry between spaces. I suggest implementing noise cancellation measures or offering earplugs to guests, so they don't have to hear noises from other rooms.
