I was surprised that this hotel has exceeded our expectation. Beds are so good. The interior of the room is very homey and the rooms looks expensive. I just hope next time the bfast si buffet we'll definitely go back

We truly loved our stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was how accommodating and approachable the staff were throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome greeting prepared in our room, complete with roses and a handwritten birthday note. This small but meaningful gesture really made our stay extra special and showed how much the staff values their guests, which we genuinely appreciated. Since we were traveling as a family, it was also wonderful that the hotel was able to arrange the first two rooms as connecting rooms for us. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable, especially when traveling with family members. The rooms themselves were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing, which made it easy to feel at home during our stay. The hotel also has a swimming pool that guests can enjoy, which is a great added amenity. While we understand there is a reminder that there is no lifeguard on duty, we do hope that in the future they might consider having one available for added security, or at least someone who regularly checks on guests using the pool, just to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel, as both the staff and the place itself are simply amazing.

My husband's birthday celebration was made absolutely perfect thanks to the incredible team at The Cocoon Boutique Hotel in Timog. We stayed with our whole family and everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is a beautiful, peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and the beds were so comfortable we all slept soundly. The eco-friendly concept of the hotel is also a big plus, making our stay feel even more special and mindful. What truly set The Cocoon apart, however, was the service. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were so accommodating to our family's needs and even added some special touches for my husband's birthday, which made him feel truly celebrated. We enjoyed the delicious food, and the overall ambiance was just what we needed for a relaxing and joyful family get-together. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories.
