Lstory8Stayed here again in Quezon City, near Manila's city center, and this hotel is fantastic value for money! It's very new, and the service is incredibly attentive. They also change up the breakfast, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting the area; the value for money is truly exceptional!!!!!

MChadI booked this during this place during the 7.7 promo so it was super worth it. The caretaker of the property Ate Nana was very easy to contact. Just wish they included that parking wasn't free. It costs 500 pesos per day. Unit was very clean and bed was comfy. For the price, you get pool access and also close to malls in cubao. Would just take 10 - 15 mins walk. Given the price, this is worth it for a staycation. They also provide complete hygiene kit in the unit. Slight complain would the quality of the TV. It's quite hard to navigate using the remote.

AyshanyouyouguangguangThis isn't my first time staying here. Some of the reception staff are very gracious, but their way of handling problems can be quite arrogant. If there's noise, they just send security to deal with it, nothing else.
**Environment:** This business trip, I unfortunately had a room next to another that was preparing for a wedding, and it was incredibly noisy. My room was also a corner unit, meaning there was a connecting door to another room. Even though it was locked, there was absolutely no soundproofing.
**Service:** The hotel service was terrible. Even though I asked to change rooms the day after the first night, they refused. I tolerated it until the day I was leaving, when I finally couldn't take it anymore and complained to the hotel. By then, I didn't even expect a room change anymore; what was the point of offering it then?
My biggest relief was booking through Trip.com, which provided some mediation to protect my rights as a customer. This kind of older 3-4 star hotel naturally doesn't care about a guest like me, staying for only 3-4 days, especially since it's already one of the relatively better hotels in Quezon City.
The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. When I checked out, they gave me a small cake to appease me, very classy.

Guest UserThere was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good.
There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

MisisCWe absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service.
We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues.
Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong.
The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued.
We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place.
Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel.
When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have.
It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Guest UserThe best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.
It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Villasanti BuildersI had a truly amazing stay at Astrotel Cubao! Its prime location is unbeatable—right near all major mass transportation options, Gateway Mall with its fantastic restaurants, and the Araneta Coliseum. Everything you need is within easy reach.
The amenities impressed me, especially the strong WiFi connection that worked flawlessly. Rooms are quiet, allowing for peaceful rest without any noise disturbances. The food is decent and satisfying, and the rooms themselves are spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
Shoutout to the excellent room attendants—Junjun, Rainier, Christian, and Brice—who do outstanding work and are super approachable and friendly. (I couldn't catch the lobby staff names yet, as they seemed a bit less engaging with guests, but that's minor.)
Overall, this hotel is a top pick for travelers, friends, or family trips. Book it—you won't be disappointed!

J.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep.
Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys.
Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.
