Very accessible to downtown via the Red Line. Spacious and clean room with a decent gym. Breakfast was satisfying for the price as well. Highly recommended!

It is just a predictable and standard Holiday Inn Express in any US suburb. I didn't use any of the hotel facilities, except for the breakfast area. The breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express offering. The staff tried to be helpful, and was cheerful.

The housekeeping service was terrible. The room was dirty and they didn't clean it even though I requested it. I stayed here for over seven days and they never changed the sheets. The housekeeper was also very loud when I called for her to clean the room. The head housekeeper, who was Asian (I'm not sure if Chinese or Vietnamese), provided the worst service. She was loud, rude, and disrespectful towards Asians. I saw a foreign housekeeper (a Black woman) who was very polite and provided good service, but she said she didn't serve my area. I had to go and inform another housekeeper who yelled at me loudly and slammed the door. I will definitely not be staying here again because of the terrible housekeeping service. I stayed on the third floor.

The hotel's location was very convenient for our destination. The lobby and public areas were nicely decorated, quite new and modern. Finally, the plates used for breakfast were porcelain instead of disposable paper plates.
