I recently stayed at the Gold Pan Lodge in Quincy, CA, and was let down by the service. Despite the lodge’s convenient location and the potential for a comfortable stay, my room was not cleaned during my visit. This oversight significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Furthermore, the management promised a discount on my bill to make up for the inconvenience, but failed to follow through. This lack of follow-up has left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I hope this feedback prompts the Gold Pan Lodge to improve their services and communication with future guests.
