The hotel is beautiful and well located. But what makes this place really stand out is the personal service. Freddy, Diego and their team made us feel like staying with friends. In addition, the rooms we rented were spacious and beautiful. If your looking for a chain hotel that looks the same as in every other city, maybe this id not for you. But if you’re looking for a charming place with artistic reminders that you’re in Ecuador, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back.

I would not recommend this hotel, even if the staff is nice one of them is not so nice with the guests, the hotel is beautiful but be aware of the price, in the website there is one price if you do the reservation price is increased and when you arrived it is another price, there is no transparency and for the breakfast is to basic and too expensive.

Decidimos viajar a Quito y luego ir hacia las islas Galápagos, estuve hospedado en este maravilloso hotel muy recomendado tres noches atrás justo lo encontré a través de trip advisor, las instalaciones son espectaculares y elegantes, el personal es súper amable y servicial, las habitaciones confortables y muy limpias con diseños de naturaleza exclusivos y ni hablar de los desayunos son súper deliciosos y muy bien porcionados, muy bien situado cerca a todas las partes de la ciudad que nos movilizamos en definitiva volveremos nuevamente con mis amigos.

Tuve una mala experiencia con el hotel, el trato del gerente es muy agresivo y el servicio deja mucho que desear, tienen cero atención a las necesidades del cliente y solo buscan su beneficio, no recomiendo este hotel
