There is a numbers of restaurants and mart just around the hotel. Some of the amenities look old, need an upgrade for it.

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Quito Royal for several nights and had a good experience. The hotel is clean, and comfortable, and the location is good, close to many nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

Great hotel! Amazing helpful staff. Really appreciated sorting out an airport transfer for us since our flight got in at almost midnight. Room is spacious and very clean.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean. In terms of noise I got woken up by the loud closing doors - why do hotels not have quiet closing doors in this day and age? The hotel and room itself were a bit dated. The area is okay, but it’s better to stay in La Carolina as a tourist.
