ホテルの立地が良く、市街地やケーブルカー乗り場に行くのにとても便利です。 お部屋は広く良かったのですが、ところどころに前の宿泊者の髪の毛が落ちていたので、掃除が行き届いていたら尚良かったと思います。シャンプーとせっけん、ドライヤーの用意がありました。 高山病になり食べれませんでしたが、朝食はパン、フルーツ、タマゴなどがありました。 お部屋に暖房はなく、朝夜は寒かったです。毛布はありましたが、事前に布団に敷いてある、もしくは毛布を使う際のシーツも一緒に置いてあると良かったです。

구시가지에서 좀 떨어져 있습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 방도 넓고 좋지만 뜨거운 물이 잘 안나오고 와이파이가 잘 안됩니다. 아마도 에콰도르 정전 때문일테지요

This hotel is full of charm and in a great location. Staff were always very helpful. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Breakfasts were great.

The historical building in which the hotel occupies (the former British embassy) was gorgeous with a pleasant court yard and furnishings. The room was clean, comfortable, secure, and well maintained. Only drawback was the hot water takes a while to come through on the shower. The service was friendly, courteous, and always helpful. Breakfasts were simple but satisfying. The cultural museum was just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and many great restaurants with a variety of options were within 10-15 minutes walk. The historical heart of the city is about a half hour walk away. Would choose again when in Quito.

This modest but comfortable hotel is a mainstay for Intrepid Travellers in Quito. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful and having spent 7 nights there I can recommend it to anyone traveling on a restricted budget. The Garden setting is lovely.

I stayed at Hotel Cartuja thanks to an Intrepid trip booking, and I’m so thankful to the company for choosing such a great accommodation. Carla, Patricio and Maria are the friendliest hosts and so accommodating and kind. Nothing was a problem during our 2 night stay. The rooms are well kept and clean, the facilities very lovely, especially the little courtyard garden and breakfast fresh and tasty. Thank you to the team for all the hard work they do to maintain this quality.
