It’s located in a nice neighbourhood adjacent to the best shopping mall in Quito. Staff are courteous and offers nice breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel on my first day in Quito. It is a well-established five-star hotel with complete facilities and warm service. However, it is a bit difficult to communicate in spoken language. The food is OK. White people's food is so monotonous everywhere, and the taste cannot be compared with Chinese food. The hotel has good security, which has dispelled my worries about Ecuador.
