The facilities are complete and well-equipped, and the smart room controls are very convenient. The hotel's hygiene management is excellent, and the staff are professional and enthusiastic, perfectly matching the hotel's positioning. The bed is super comfortable; our whole family agrees it's great.

I was extremely satisfied with this stay. The hotel's decor was simple yet elegant, and the public areas were clean and tidy. The room had good natural light, was fully equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and proactively helped resolve any issues. The location is absolutely fantastic! Super convenient for running errands, shopping, and strolling, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The room was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated, and impeccably clean. The price was reasonable, but the service didn't disappoint. A very comfortable stay, it relieved my travel fatigue, and I highly recommend it!

I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall design style matches the hotel's brand positioning. The presence of a gym is a plus. The front desk upgraded me to a bathtub room, which was much more spacious. The functional areas were clearly defined. The shower had excellent hot water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. A few points need improvement: the sink faucet is too far to the side, causing water to overflow and soak the entire sink area. Secondly, the renovation smell in the hallway is still quite strong; I suggest air purification. Finally, the mattress is too thick; I recommend replacing it with a thinner one as summer approaches.

1，停車場管理差， 車輛亂停， 沒有保安管理 2， 前台服務態度差， 入住時根本不會幫忙提大件行李 3， 雖然號稱寵物友好， 但是實際很冷漠，一味強調不能損壞和污染，而且強勢收取寵物按金 4， 大堂很亂， 可能客人多，但是前台絲毫不以為然，毫不作為 5， 洗烘衣晚上不開放，説是會影響客人休息，那你要洗衣房幹什麼。 洗衣還要app，泄露私隱 6， 客房沒有冰箱， 虛假廣告 7， 默認提供2瓶礦泉水，打電話後送來另外一種礦泉水 8， 布草間大門敞開， 走道清掃車亂停 9，早餐咖啡機是壞的 打出來的咖啡和水一樣 10， 餐廳服務員態度差，基本衹會用方言回答， 不想再列舉了，曲靖非常不錯, 但是這個酒店太差了，對不起他的價格和品牌，大家慎重選
