The service is so bad. The supply of mineral water is limited to 2 bottles. After repeated communication, I reluctantly agreed to send a few more bottles. The charge is expensive. How much does one bottle of water cost? The lobby manager apologized and said he would understand the situation. I stayed for 2 nights. From the first day, he complained about the poor service and said he would improve it. To this day, it is still the same and there is no sense of experience at all.

The only drawback is that the water pressure in the bathroom is very low. Secondly, it is recommended to replace the thermostatic shower.

A very nice hotel, the waiter at the door is very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, the lobby is also equipped with juice, and the intelligent robot is also very special.

Next to the hotel is a park, in the old city, far from Qujing North Station. The lobby of the hotel is very comfortable, there are a lot of flowers, the environment is good, the breakfast has many varieties, but the taste is average, I hope to improve the quality. In addition, the room is small, and the shower head in the room is not very easy to use, and the water flow is very small.

Breakfast is ok, service is good. That is, the quilt and the pillow are not good. The quilt uses the same quilt all year round. In summer, the thick quilt is not good. I hope that the quilt can change with the seasons. The pillow was soft and there was no support, and I had a terrible headache after sleeping. Overall it is good, but the bedding is really bad.

酒店整體設計簡潔細緻，前檯及大廳工作人員主動熱情、客房保潔阿姨知道我們要出遊會主動提供兩瓶礦泉水（雖然不是多少錢的事）但很貼心的體察到住房的需求，早餐是特別的多元且豐富（至2/21出遊住五星級酒店中最棒的早餐）每天都會改變菜色，謝謝酒店提供的服務！謝謝🙏！

第二次來曲靖，還是選擇維笙石林國際大酒店。這裏背靠寥廓山毗鄰寥廓公園，推開窗就能呼吸到最清新的空氣，飯後還可到公園散散步，十分愜意！ 酒店設施齊全，中式風格的室內裝飾隨處可見，就連茶歇也給人一種清新素雅的享受。 工作人員工作細緻周到，前台小姐姐聲音好温柔，笑起來也甜甜的，讓人忘卻旅途的疲憊。很贊！

一家人出遊，前台熱心的給我們介紹了各種房型，還帶我們參觀了房間，幫我們拿行李，因為我們是一家人，人比較多，事也就比較多，前台沒有表現出一點點不耐煩，為前台工作人員點個贊。
