We planned to spend a week in Aurora, however due to a personal incident we extended our vacation for another week. The first week we were upgraded to the highest room category and we were very grateful for it. The second week we moved to the building area and everything here was quite good. All rooms here have sea views, fresh air, charming scenery, but a little bit of greenery. The hotel is suitable for those who love peace. However, you won't be bored if you explore this area on your own. You can experiment with climbing cliffs, catching crabs, catching sea urchins, flying kites, jogging, etc. Objectively, Aurora is not the best resort we have ever been to because we found quite a few shortcomings here such as not cleaning the rooms, lack of signage - I have read some previous reviews that say no. There is a beach but in fact they have a super beautiful beach at the end of the hotel. The staff is friendly but unprofessional and has not done all their responsibilities and is even a bit lazy. However, Huy - one of the managers here - made us ignore the above defects. Looking at the way he works, we can feel the passion in it. During the 2 weeks here, Huy always took care of us from eating to sleeping. He brought us many delicious dishes so we wouldn't get bored. And when we have problems, he also comes to share them. We hope to return to Aurora soon and hope that the hotel's service will improve.
