Great location, nicely designed rooms. Japanese restaurant was excellent, and a good Chinese breakfast… be prepared to provide your own coffee, if that’s important to you.

The housekeeper Zhenzhen was very dedicated and contacted us in advance to ask if there are any things that need attention. Considering that we have the elderly and children, she also upgraded our room to a family room. The hotel environment is very good, classical gardens, staff are also very good, the surrounding area is less than ten minutes walking distance from the old city wall and scenic spots, it is highly recommended for visiting Quzhou.

這應該不叫酒店叫民宿 連經理啥都沒有都是員工是嗎 想喊個負責人跟我談員工都是猶猶豫豫 晚上十一點想洗澡 沒熱水三番五次來調熱水搞到凌晨也沒熱水 來的人是沒穿工作服 等到我發火了開始給我換房退錢（結果沒退錢） 換房淋浴水小的可憐 床頭插頭還沒電 停車場也都是充電樁位置 停車位前面被充電樁欄桿佔住小的可憐 建議別把車停這 大車都是通常車身停不進在線內的 第二天就被別車刮掉漆 讓酒店調監控查從承諾當天能解決到一拖再拖第二天都沒解決 這服務真是不配叫酒店 真是住這就沒順利過一件事 破財消災

環境很好，還有免費的停車場；地理位置很優越 走幾步路就到水亭門了；寶寶在酒店裡玩了很久好久，前台的小姐姐露露服務態度好且專業，還給了寶寶很多魚食喂小魚🐟。辦好入住以後還有專人負責拿行李到房間，早上還有自助早餐；房間環境也不錯，推薦👍

地理位置很好，出門就是景區。早餐太差了，相對於價格不應該提供這麼差的早餐呀。水果就是整個橘子，連外面的包裝袋都沒有拆的橘子，真是第一次見到。每個餐桌上連紙巾都沒有。衞生也不行，一樓公用衞生間沒人清理打掃，好多方面需要加強，不然白瞎了這麼個好地段。
