設施老舊。衞生紙捲紙盒、壁燈燈泡、電話機、需要清潔。空調熱風嚴重不足。最無語的窗户上方的頂燈關閉後，其他照明的全部不亮，應該是總開關，不知電工這樣設計是怎麼想的？外賣送到，酒店前台沒有電話與客人確認，小哥可以直接上樓。電視設備網絡連接80%時一直在連接中。總結一句話管理應加強。

定了一個標間中午休息，結果其中一個床單有幾塊黃色斑漬。另外入住時也沒説幾點開始幾點結束，中間沒有電話手機通知時間，就讓服務員敲個門還一個勁在那扯都打過電話了。

酒店環境挺好的，清明假期來住的，前台經理服務非常熱情，感覺很親切。早餐廳早餐不錯，早點應該是他們自製的，感覺很新鮮挺好吃的。下次還來住。
