I did a duplication booking and i was not reimbursed even if the room was cancelled on my arrival and the hotel was full.  I have tried to contact the reservation manager and called her 3 times on the phone and wrote 4 mails and no answer. I have used this hotel chain in the past but i do not think i will choose it again (nor TRIP.com as they were not able to solve this issue either). 

The hotel was rather simple and had a vintage feel.

The location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

The location of the hotel is very good, just 3 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast is good, but slightly more expensive. The room is slightly smaller.
