Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/ Seaboard Station

The location was great. The front desk staff was unpleasant and appeared to resent being at work. They don't validate parking, so besides paying almost $300 for a room without any real amenities, we had to pay $21 per car to park. At these prices, parking should be validated or Hyatt should purchase a space for their guests to park.

Very beautiful, safe, well-kept hotel. The surrounding area of the hotel is quaint and safe for individuals and families. The rooftop restaurant is a nice addition. The only things that I found frustrating were the parking arrangements (too confusing due to "residential parking" under the hotel) and the fridge and room never seemed to get as cool as I like it. It would be nice to have individuals around to support guests with parking. *Note to self, do not park in the "residential parking", hotel parking is located across the hotel to the left. Next time I will know how parking works there!

Front desk staff was unprofessional and arrogant. Parking and loading and unloading were not convenient, nor did the staff offer any help or suggestions. Quite honestly, the friendliest employees on property were the valet attendants.

A great one night stay close to downtown with convenient nearby dining. Lovely facility with clean rooms and great service.

If you're looking for a hotel with spacious rooms and kitchen facilities for an extended stay, this is a great choice. The on-site laundry facilities are also a convenient bonus for longer visits. The main downside is the parking. It is located in a separate garage about a block away and comes at an additional cost. This can be inconvenient, especially if you're traveling with multiple pieces of luggage or expect to make frequent trips to and from your car.

This hotel is located in the downtown Raleigh area. It is a beautiful hotel with courteous staff. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of downtown. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel has a nice and relaxing pool area with beautiful artwork. You definitely feel at home when you stay here. I definitely will be back.

excellent experience! very nice rooms. very comfortable beds and excellent staff! Only problem was the roof top bar was closed on July 4rth because they were afraid "too many people would be watching fireworks". I decreased their rating for this. They should have had it open to the hotel guests only.

Hotel was lovely but we didn't use many of the amenities - close to the wedding venue we used. Breakfasts were delicious.

i loved everything about this hotel and location. clean, right next to Peace University and down the street from Shaw University. Places to eat right there at your fingertips including The Yard, an awesome ice cream shop and gas station right around the corner was least expensive. Also, there's a Publix just a few blocks away. Most importantly, we were there for a Church Leadership conference and the hotel was literally not even ten minutes away from the conference.
