Just down the street in this family friendly neighborhood, is a lovely playground for your kids to enjoy. So close you can walk or bike to it! Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. Large fenced in yard with a fantastic patio to relax on. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy this 4 bedroom home. The Space: Four steps up the front porch and one step to enter the home. Downstairs: Living room- Queen sleeper sofa, 50' smart, ROKU T.V., beautiful fireplace. Kitchen- Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dining table that seats 6 and kitchen island that seats 3. Laundry room in hallway. Master Bedroom- King bed, ceiling fan, 40" ROKU T.V. Master Bathroom- Full bathroom with double vanity, tiled shower, bathtub Bedroom 2- Queen bed, ceiling fan, 42" ROKU T.V. Upstairs- 15 steps to reach the second level of home Bedroom 3- Queen bed, baby changing table. Bedroom 4- Queen bed, ceiling fan, 42" smart T.V. Bathroom 2- Full bathroom with single vanity, tiled shower, and tub. Things to note- The back porch has 2 steps to get into the house. The fireplace does not work. The fire pit is not to be used. Guest will have access via a lock box and will receive the code the night before arrival. The code will be changed after you leave. Neighborhood Description: Wonderful family-friendly neighborhood. Close to downtown Raleigh. Two wonderful parks a short walk or bike ride away, 0.2 mile to Mary Belle Pate Park or 0.5 mile to Carolina Pines Park. Things to do: Mary Belle Pate Park- 0.2 Miles away Raleigh downtown- 2.6 Miles Dorothea Dix Park-1.4 miles Walnut Creek Amphitheater- 6.4 miles away NC State University- 1.8 miles Shops at Village District-4.0 miles (90+ shops and restaurants) RDU airport- 15 miles UNC Rex hospital-11 miles away *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days, using their 7-Day Free Pass. They have multiple locations with pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Durham and Chapel Hill. Four cars allowed maximum. Two in carport and two in driveway -Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $400 fine for unapproved pets. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. -Parties: We do NOT allow parties. If you have a special event or gathering request, we will consider each request on a case-by-case basis. If there is evidence that a non-approved party/gathering has been thrown, you will be assessed an extra cleaning fee up to $500. -Overnight Guests: Please make sure you enter the accurate overnight guest count when booking. As you can imagine, when 1-2 people spend the night, the wear and tear on the house is far less than when additional guests are in the house. Although this property can sleep more than 2 guests, the base price is for 2 people. There is a $15 per night price increase for each additional guest staying in the house over 2 people (the exception is for infants under 12 months.) Putting in your accurate overnight guest numbers PRIOR to booking will ensure you can see what the correct price will be for your stay. -Visitors: We are perfectly fine with you having family or friends visit you during your stay. If you are planning to have more than 2 visitors who will NOT be spending the night, please let us know. At no point can there be more people at the property than the maximum house capacity listed. (For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor. -Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. This does include not having any fires in the fireplace. We charge a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.) -Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning. -Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved. If approved prior to arrival you can check-out as late as 11:00 a.m. with no charge. There is a $25 charge per hour if we extend anytime beyond 11:00 a.m. and the latest we can let someone checkout is 1:00 p.m. For day of late check-out requests, there is a $35 per hour charge. If not approved, there will be a $50 charge for a 30-minute late check-out. If the guest has not left the property after 2 hours they will be charged for a full additional day. This does not allow the guest to stay an additional night; it's a penalty fee. This extra day fee is without discounts. -The fireplace is currently non-working and is not to be used -The firepit in the backyard is not to be used. -Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work then the reservation can be canceled without refund. -We will always go above and beyond for you. That said, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint with us or Vrbo authorizing us to come into the property to fix it. -Locals must contact the host before booking. -Any house rules broken is grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged.
