I've traveled for work for the past 15 years and this was honestly the worst hotel stay of my life. First, I decided to check in before I went to dinner. I was greeted by the most unprofessional waitress, Gigi, Gigi made me feel so uncomfortable, I asked my children to leave and go upstairs. I tried to leave the restaurant and was uncomfortably stopped by my waitress and advised "she is trying to make money". Regretably, I will never return.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here. Everything went well: check-in and out were both quick and easy. The room was spacious and quiet. We both found the bed to be comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection, including a solid omelette bar staffed by a couple of very nice people. The gym had everything I needed. We didn't use the pool. I want to thank the woman at reception for her prompt and decisive action one night when we had "neighbors" down the hall engaging in a load argument at 1:30 AM or so. She was in the hall within minutes of my call and had everything under control in no time. Very professional--well done.

The place to be if you need to stay close to the airport. Friendly staff, very good food, affordable drinks and the most lovely shuttle driver. Nice outside area. A hotel to recommend! Only criticism: as European, I am not used to have plastic packages (jam, sirup, coffee cups, honey) at the breakfast buffet. But quality of food was good. Especially the freshly made omelettes were delicious!

The room was cold when we arrived and I turned the thermostat up to 72. Nothing coming out but cold air. Eventually called the front desk and was surprised to hear THEY control the cool/heat control. Well the genuses have it set to cool on a 40 degree night. We never were comfortable and told the hotel was full so no proper room was available. My advice would be to bring a parka. Hilton/Embassy Suites never again.

The hotel is clean and well kept . The rooms and bathrooms were also top notch. All the housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and helpful - But... there was one woman one front desk agent ("A") She was curt, impatient and not at all welcoming. No interaction with her was pleasant. Everybody has bed days, but this is a bad customer facing place for one.

We recently had an extended stay at Embassy Suites RDU Briercreek. We arrived late in the evening. Sarah gave a warm welcome and handled our check-in flawlessly. Angii, a customer service marvel, was always attentive and kept us smiling during our stay. Ashlee, Bill and Kevin were gracious and made us feel at home. Meal and beverage service was consistently great. The chefs did not disappoint! Our suite was spacious and well appointed, and the housekeeping team is top notch. This property is exquisite, the staff is awesome and hospitality is taken to new heights. Five stars is not enough. If you're in Raleigh, this is where you want to stay!

This is the nicest hotel! We arrived late and Sonia greeted us with snacks and water for our room. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms have everything you need. A small kitchenette and a nice bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly.

Among the top Embassy suites I’ve been to and I stay at Embassy suites all over the world. This location has to be tops and the employees here are awesome…. I highly recommend this embassy suites. You will be happy with your stay as my wife and I have been every time we come here.

James, Jayln and maria are the most professional employees. Always smiling and willing to assist me with my concerns. All of them helped me with so many issues and did it with a genuine smile. I felt welcomed and valued. I can't wait to come back......amazing hotel
