It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

Not allowed to check in early, only given 1/2 hr for late check out for a Sunday, no comp coffee and limited coffe shop hours, hallways and main entry area needs to be vacuumed.

******* was wonderful to deal with but the property charged me directly plus I had paid ******* for the room. Hotel was impossible to deal with for refund, super rude, and towels were dirty, people few rooms down having a fight had to ask front desk to check on them, long lines at registration. Double check if they tell you they are holding card for incidentals because they certainly charged us for two nights stay after.i had already paid *******.

I stayed here for NYE weekend. The hotel room was large and clean. The staff was nice. Nonissues. If you have a car, Raleigh is a short drive away. I would stay again.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, but need some updating. The two sinks were nice. Alarm clocks can only be changed by housekeeping and were an hour off. Having a Starbucks onsite was nice. The restaurant and bar had good food and good service.
