room was sparkling clean, you could smell the cleaning products upon entering, booking and check in was a breeze and there’s NO deposit. my only complaint is that i couldn’t connect my roku to the tv

This is my first experience with a red roof that didn't feel like a red roof, they have neat clean rooms and it's in a decent area with affordable prices. Would stay again

I’ve never stayed in a RRI before and will never again. Was way overcharged due to high demand for graduations. Bare bones accommodations. Shower water pressure poor, everything to do with the bed was not much better than a cot, and the place smelled. Asked for two more pillows and was told that I could have one. Other hotels in the same vicinity and they looked nice and inviting. When I pulled up to the RRI I realized I was in the one hotel in the area that is in need of a major renovation. I would not recommend this place.

I was surprised by the great reviews. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the actual room. However, the initial impression when you walk in the lobby is that you want to turn right back around a book a different hotel. It’s smells terrible. I think it’s a mix of smoke and must. But there are signs all over stating no smoking. The stairwell and hallways also carried a strong smell. Luckily my room was tolerable. I had an end room facing a back parking lot with concrete stairs that may not even be owned by the hotel. But there was someone seated on the landing halfway up for hours into the night right outside my window which made me uncomfortable. Later in the night another person was loitering there and I still don’t know why. Several times a woman came in and out of the lobby and sat in front of the hotel as well. It was all a bit too sketchy for me. My gut says it wasn’t just people awaiting rides. It also rained during the night and the people on the stairway remained. Anyway, there are nicer looking hotels just across the street so maybe that’s another option for next time. I just got bad vibes all around from this particular stay. I wanted to walk to dinner but decided against it due to feeling a bit uneasy. The front desk staff were helpful but I had a difficult time understanding them and they were constantly on the phone, didn’t even hang up to check me in. I didn’t feel it was worth it to ask them about the loitering. Hot water was lukewarm.

If you’re looking for an affordable, no-stress place to stay with easy access to everything in the area, this is a solid option. I’d recommend it for quick trips, solo stays, or even business travel. Travel Tip: Book early and compare nearby properties—you can often find better deals or upgraded amenities for just a small price difference. Also, check for bundle options (hotel + car) to save even more.

AC adequate. Due to the popularity of this hotel, parking at night can sometimes mean you have to park on the street which is ok.

The room was clean. TV remote did not work. Man a desk was nice but he couldn't get it either. Stairs not elevator. It look like outside like a place to buy *****. Inside and out was very sketchy. If t had not been 12 at night when we got there we would of left for somewhere else
