Reviews of DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree Valley

Arrived late to the hotel. Complementary parking, but there are building works going on. Front desk staff were polite enough, but didn’t say much. Hallways were a bit dark and only one elevator serving the hotel (we had to wait along time). Beds were comfortable enough, but the shower did not get hot. Overall, we were disappointed by this Doubletree hotel. It is only good for transit or overnight stay.

Very nice clean hotel. Having a restaurant on site very good. Staff was great. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was cramped but other than that. Place was great.
