Easy check-in/out. Reasonably prices. Had a basic breakfast - sausage, eggs. Room was clean and stocked with towels, coffee, etc. Overall good stay.

Disappointing Booking Experience
I recently booked a stay at Comfort Suites Raleigh Walnut Creek
through *******, but when I arrived, the staff informed me that they had no record of my online reservation. I was forced to pay for a room again on-site despite already being charged by *******. When I reached out to ******* for assistance, they stated that the hotel management was responsible for the refund. However, I was told that all the managers were unavailable and that I should call back the next day.
This experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the hotel can improve their communication and booking processes to prevent this from happening to future guests.

Perhaps the walls amplify noise, as there seemed to be a mandatory slamming of the door to the pantry next to our room, which shook the furniture each time. Outside noise is a problem, too. Perhaps they can put up some dampeners of some sort, like you see on highways next to the road beside the property. Breakfast in all of these places just gets worse and worse as it costs money, and that hurts executive bonuses.

The staff was really nice. Looked like an old building that had a facelift, but nothing else. They cleaned, but smell wet musty like the carpets needed to fully dry. If an adult stays that’s fine, if you have kids not the best because can hear through the walls apparently.

Due to construction in the building, at check-in, Mike explained that they moved our reservation from a queen bed room to the king. Nice clean room and bathroom.
