Great location right next to NC State Memorial Tower.  Only negative was pool not available

Loved everything about it!! Great area. I thought the noise of traffic would be loud but it wasn't. 10 out of 10 recommend

The walls seem to be made of paper. Could hear every word that was said by the neighboring rooms, hallway conversations, and the slamming of the heavy room doors. Incredibly hard to rest when everything was so loud. Also, I discovered that our room phone did not work when I needed to call the front desk.

Staff friendly. Paid extra for a suit. It was located directly in front of the clock tower which went off every hour. Also super busy loud street during the day and night. The cleanliness of the was pretty average as well

The water does not get hot, ac is old and very loud in the room. The toiletries were all empty.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and kind. One thing I was not happy about was the shared microwave. Having to leave my room to go downstairs to warm up my food was a little inconvenient. A few other residents had to wait in line to use this one microwave in the entire hotel. Honestly think that problem needs to be adjusted. Otherwise I enjoyed my room and especially the ease of parking.

Online ordering app for food wasn't working. Rooms are small. Getting to check in is a pain with the elevator / stairs.

It was ok, but not worth the money in my opinion. The room was very basic, the temp just didn't feel right no matter if we put it on heat or cool. The best part of the stay was the shower pressure. I could hear vacuums and toilets flush around us. No breakfast included, you pay at the little shop. I was a little annoyed that heaters weren't turned on the patio, and when I asked if they could be turned on, I was told it would happen under 51 degrees, yet it was about 45 outside. I was surprised to also have to pay $15/day to park! It was in walking distance or a short drive to a lot of shops in the Village District which was nice, but I would probably pay the same to stay at a more inclusive spot next time.
