the room had a musty smell to it that. the tv didn’t work and the A/C made a horrible noise that sounded like a jet engine. the smell of the room was so bad it made the clothes in our suitcase that we didn’t wear smell horrible

The rooms are in terrible condition. The pullout sofa mattress had mold and body fluid stains all over. The room was a non-smoking room however it was clearly smoked in as there was cigarette burns all over the furniture, counters and ledges. Stay away……. This place is awful. We will NEVER stay at with this brand ever again.

The staff were very nice and assisted with any questions that i had. The rooms were huge! I had a sigle king bed and a double full size. Total of 2 rooms. I don't think I've ever seen rooms that big. Especially that came with a kitchen. That being said, the whole building just seemed tired. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Couches were ok. Everything was just warn and tired. Bigest point I want to make, THERE WAS NOTHING TO COOK WITH! Not a single pot, pan, spoon, fork, nothing. Not even a coffee maker. There was a microwave, stove, fridge, even a dishwasher. But absolutely nothing else. In either room. That was unexpected and left us scrambling after making the trip there. Thankfully there is a Ross and Trader Joes across the street. Overall it was not a terrible experience. I was just really expecting more for the price that was paid.

Rooms, clean and had shampoo and body wash for you to use. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, but when we walked into the room, it smelled like mold. There is a kitchen in the room, but there's no utensils to use to eat with, and no cleaning supplies if we needed to wash dishes either. The towels were clean, but you would have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's no coffee machine in the room. The stove and microwave were also extremely corroded.

The room was clean. The facility was awful. The property had two locations one looked like what was advertised. The second looked and felt like a crackhouse. People who were hanging around...an herbal substance filled the air. My elderly mother felt unsafe as did I. It was deplorable. I will never use this franchise again bc the model does not promote safety for short term travelers.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed clean and neat. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Breakfast items were good. A $100 safety/security deposit was required but it was explained well. I would stay here again when I return to Raleigh.

Clean room the air conditioner was a little annoying because it didn’t turn off but other than that I enjoyed my day. The refrigerator was extra difficult cause I didn’t know how to work it. They should really have a basic refrigerator.

The rooms were dirty the place smelled like stale cigarettes, including the rooms. The furniture in the room was dated falling apart decaying there was rust on the refrigerator. leaking faucets. Stains on the walls.
